I conduct both On-site and remote services.

REMOTE SERVICES:
TeamViewer is a remote desktop sharing platform that allows desktop sharing.

The following are offered as long as the computer can connect to a network (wired or wireless)

*Virus/Spyware removal (As long as the Virus/Trojan allows network connectivity)
*Data backup and resolutions
*Software installs and upgrades
*Consultation and Training
All Remote Desktop TeamViewer sessions are $15/hr


ON-SITE SERVICES:
* Virus/Spyware removal
* Data backup and resolutions
* Software/Hardware install and upgrades
* OS install and upgrades
* Network setup and troubleshooting
* Consultation and Training
Services are $40/hr (any hardware or software is additional)
